Dominion Strata Management is a privately owned, Australian strata management company. We service strata schemes throughout the Perth metropolitan area, and the Pilbara.

Dominion Strata Management’s aim is to make our clients’ lives as easy as possible when it comes to the management of their asset. Our procedures are streamlined, and we oﬀer on‐going support to the Council of Owners, after‐hours services, and timely advice pertaining to the interpretation of the Strata Titles Act.

Dominion strive to educate and empower our Council of Owners, to ensure that all aspects of the Strata Scheme operates smoothly, and enabling them to maintain peace of mind.

We maintain a high professional standard — ensuring that our clients receive the best service for their scheme. Our strata managers have the knowledge and experience to give our owners the confidence that their scheme is being managed with utmost care and diligence. Dominion is also an accredited member of the Strata Community Association (WA).

Matt Bird

Level 3 Practicing Strata Community Manager

Matt is a Level 3 Practicing Strata Community Manager with an extensive background in property development and project management.

Being conversant in all aspects of building management he applies a deep knowledge and understanding of the requirements of all stakeholders to his leadership of Dominion.

Matt is the current Treasurer of Strata Community Association (WA) ‐ the Western Australian chapter of the peak national body for the strata sector in Australia, representing strata management professionals, associated service providers, and owners of strata‐titled property.

He is well versed in the Strata Titles Act and welcomes any questions lot owners, property managers and residents may have.
